Cancellation by Customer: Once a subscription or plan is purchased, **no refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the customer. We encourage you to carefully consider your subscription before making a purchase. 2. Cancellation by BizAdde: If BizAdde cancels a plan or service, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the services. The refund amount will be based on the period of time during which the service was not provided. 3. Shipping & Delivery Costs: - Shipping costs are non-refundable. This applies to all orders, including both domestic and international shipments. - Clients are responsible for providing a valid and deliverable address approved by USPS or the designated postal service. BizAdde cannot guarantee the delivery of mail to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. - BizAdde will ship mail on a weekly basis, and we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss of mail once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier. 4. Lost or Damaged Mail: BizAdde is not responsible for mail lost in transit or for any damages incurred during shipping. We strongly encourage clients to use USPS tracking services for higher-value items or mail that is important to them. 5. Special Instructions for High-Value Packages**: - If you are sending mail or packages of great importance or monetary value, please notify BizAdde in advance. We recommend discussing options for additional services such as insurance or tracking to ensure safe delivery. - Clients who prefer an alternative form of shipping other than USPS must notify BizAdde at the time of placing the order or service request. Additional charges may apply if an alternative shipping method is selected. 6. General Terms: - BizAdde reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time.
